The constructions of modern trade - advertising complex ‘Varna Towers' will start in August this year, informed from money.bg.
For a period of 3 years in the project will be invested 84 million BGN (42 million EUR). When the constructional works start, will be opened 400 working places. After the official start of the complex the working positions will be 1,800.
‘Varna Towers' is a joint product of ‘Densi' company, which is main investor and ‘City Centre' the owners of the building area.
The project foresees to cover a trade area of 52,000 sq m, the two towers that will be 75 m long.
According to the requirements for constructions that include first class offices, on the top of the building will be made helicopter platform.
The project should be ready in 18 months. 50% of the trade areas are already sold.
