Moy Holiday Village - Kavarna

Has anybody bought in Kavarna - or more specifacally the Moy Holiday Village. I just wanted to get peoples opinions on the area. I was over in March and I thought the views across the bay were outstanding. Any views would be appreciated.

Hi, I bought at the Moy holiday village with 4Front properties i also thought the views were amazing i cant wait until the apartments are finished. I went on a trip with them and i thought the staff were very profesh. I would recommend these guys www.4FrontPropertyInvestments.com as well as the moy holiday village as the developers claim they will double my money in 3 years and with guaranteed rental of 6%!!!!!!

If anyone knows anything about this development im all ears as im considering a second apartment

I would be very surprised if the properties doubled in value in less than 9 or 10 years, ant then only if the area is not overdeveloped.

On what grounds do you base your statement,
I have been to the site with 4Front and have seen first hand a ground level investment which i believe will have high returns.

How can it not??

This will be a beachfront development, the guys at www.4frontpropertyinvestments.com also told me of a gary player golfing community being built that are selling homes for 1/2 million euros less than 5 minutes away???

That certainly is a beautiful development on a beautiful piece of property. Prices seem very reasonable, too!

Well the three years are nearly up, so do they look like doubleing on original price?...........anyone?

hi we bought in moy holiday village bulgaria.the update we have is that they are selling it to russian buyers and hopefully it will be all sorted soon.who did you buy from and what update news have you heard.thanks jenny
