WHAT DOES IT COST TO CHANGE AGRICULTURAL LAND TO REGULATED LAND
DOES ANYONE KNOW ?
WE HAVE HEARD THE PRICE DIFFERS FROM AREA TO AREA?
WE ARE IN THE DIMOVO AREA ,NORTHWEST BULGARIA CLOSE TO BELOGRADCHIK.
AND HOW LONG DOES THE PROCCES TAKE ?:confused:

The price can reach up to 2,2 Euro per sq. m. with all fees and costs included. Please have in mind that this procedure might not be possible in certain cases /if it is a forest for instance/. And to be precise it is not a "regulation" but changing the land's status from an agricultural land to a plot where you can build. Thus you've got to have an exact project what you want to build on this land. The price for this project is included in the 2,2 Euro.
