Two luxurious holiday villages for 170 million euro will be presented in Dubai
Arab sheikhs will settle near the Kaliakra Cape where two holiday villages worth 170 million euro will be constructed soon. Azure del Mar complex will have 1,000 apartments and will be erected in four years. The construction will start in the middle of 2007. Some 135 apartments and 10 luxurious villas will be constructed at the first stage of the project. Prices of the estates will vary from 35,000 euro to 263,000 euro. The company Bulgarian Dream that markets the project in Dubai guarantees that the rents for the first two years after the village is opened will bring at least 7% returns per year. The village will be decorated in Arabian style. The idea was borrowed from the resort complex Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai. Its main feature will be a system of canals that tourists will use to sail along with boats. There will be 11 open swimming pools, gyms, SPA and sports facilities in the holiday village.
"The project for another holiday village called Green Coast whose construction started in the end of 2006 will also be presented today in Dubai," said Tsonko Tsonev, Mayor of the Municipality of Kavarna.
The luxurious village will also be erected at two stages. Four hundred apartments will be built in the first stage of the construction and another 1,400 in the second stage.
There will be a helicopter pad nearby. Two glass elevators will go all the way down to the sea and the artificial beach.
Arabs frequently visit the Bulgarian seaside. However, they do not go swimming or sunbathing on the beach. Their biggest passion is gambling. Therefore they are usually accommodated in hotels and bungalows close to casinos.
