Hotel & Catering staff to work in UK

Hi all!
I really hope that this thread is not off topic, but I need help!
I have tried to find (by web search) any reference to any Bulgarian employment agency that can handle selection of staff that wish to work in the UK Hotel & Catering Industry! All without succes. So my question is does anyone know of an appropriate organisation that I can approach?
I have extensive contacts in the SW of UK especially Torbay and I am currently looking for highly experienced English speaking Chefs!
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi lordm!
That would really be appreciated. I have been to Sofia and experienced the high standard of H&C workers. This is severely lacking in the UK and in Torbay we have a high demand for Chefs of a high calibre! But, matching the two is proving difficult!
