Hi perfume, I have purchased a property in Bulgaria already and I would strongly advise that one...you go there first..and two....does the property you intend to buy require any renovation? If so, I would get over there well before you finally decide to buy...hope that helps...

hi the place from the fotos will need work may be not renovation but going to look at it nexk week so will have to see never been to bg so was need to look at the village so it will be a adventure i live in malaga spain so it will be different
