Finland wants to see Bulgaria as a full EU member on January 1, 2007 and will unconditionally open its labour market for Bulgarians already on the first day of Bulgaria's EU membership," Finland's PM, Matti Vanhanen stated officially before Bulgaria's PM Sergei Stanishev, who is on a working visit to Helsinki at the invitation of PM Vanhanen.
The two PMs discussed issues concerning Bulgaria's upcoming EU accession.
PM Sergei Stanishev told his counterpart that any delay of Bulgaria's EU membership would have a negative affect on the stability on the Balkans, AP released.
