Spanish and Danish entrepreneurs are trying to outdo each other in buying off plots in the region of the northern coastal town of Kavarna. Bulgarian and foreign investors are pouring millions of EUR in new buildings in the seaside resort town and the region. A Spanish company will start building apartments right on the cape of Chirakman and eighty percent of them have already been sold to Spanish buyers. "The investment is for fifteen million euro," said Dessislav Kostov, Chief of the Technical Department of Kavarna Municipality.
Danish building entrepreneur will launch a project for construction of a holiday village in the locality of Ikantalaka, between the coastal towns of Balchik and Kavarna. The investor bought the land for the project directly from its owner at the record-high price of one hundred and fifty euro per square meter.
