Plovdiv Mayor Dr. Ivan Chomakov, Chairman of the Citizen’s Association for Encouraging Bulgarian-Libyan relations, is participating in a meeting of the Governing Board of the Benghazi International Fund. Later on Monday Chomakov and BTA Director General Maxim Minchev, member of the association's board, are to hold a meeting with the Association of the Families of the HIV-infected Children of Benghazi in Tripoli.
