Problems with management company

Hi there ,

We have an apartment in Bansko but having a difficult relationship with the management company there . Haven't been given contract for maintenance and now they 've told us we need to pay £10 per sq.m .
Is there any one who could give me any idea what usually they charge because i think that is too much and haven't got any documents explaining what service they will provide.
any advice will appreciate

Hi there , £10 per sq.m is too much. I do not write about it, but normally is about 8 euro.
