Interservice Bulgaria Ltd. offers you property cleaning service packages. If you wish to include something different then we will try and accommodate by tailoring a package to suit your individual needs.
“SILVER” PACKAGE
This service include: full cleaning of the apartment after guests stay, including fresh linen and towels, in the kitchen we clean outside the cabinets and counters. Wipe down all the appliances, bathroom cleaning (toilet bowl, sink, shower cabin/ shower tray/bath, mirror, floor), vacuum and wash the floors.
“Gold” PACKAGE
This service include: Silver package, handling the key plus airport transfer.
“Platinum” PACKAGE
This service include: Gold package plus welcome pack and fresh flowers.
Service “Plus”
This service is additional full cleaning of the apartment at the beginning of the second week of guests stay. This service can’t be booked on its own.
WINTER MANAGEMENT PACKAGE.
Regular bi-monthly Winter Checks (monthly November to April).
Winter time can be when most problems arise as temperatures can plummet to -25C as in fact they did in January and February 2005. Leaks can occur not just in your apartment but also from your neighbours property. Damp can form especially in new build apartments when they have been closed for long periods of time.
